Junior SMM Manager

We are seeking a LinkedIn-focused SMM Manager to elevate Keenethics’ online presence, strengthening both the company’s and the CEO’s professional brand.

Requirements

— Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong focus on LinkedIn, preferred experience — at least 6 months. — In-depth understanding of LinkedIn’s platform, features, and algorithms.
— Background in the IT industry or experience managing B2B and C-level personal accounts.
— Excellent skills in content creation, including copywriting and video scripting, basic graphic editing. — Experience coordinating video production, from ideation to publication.
— Experience with LinkedIn Ads Manager or similar tools is an advantage.
— Advanced analytical skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Analytics.
— Creative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
— Proficiency in written English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

— Develop and implement LinkedIn strategies to promote outsourcing and outstaffing services while generating leads.
— Showcase company culture, success stories, and client projects through engaging formats.
— Collaborate with a team to produce video content.
— Conceptualize, script, and coordinate video content production for LinkedIn posts and campaigns.
— Foster connections with clients, partners, and influencers through meaningful engagement.
— Monitor and analyze performance metrics, refining campaigns for better outcomes.
— Create and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns to boost visibility and drive traffic.
— Align social media initiatives with sales, recruitment, and business objectives.
— Stay informed about IT industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve strategies.
— Manage the company’s online reputation by responding to comments and feedback effectively.
