WM provides its users with an ultimate set of tools for managing wine inventory. It offers streamlined and easy-to-use automation tools for managing the available wine stock and processing incoming product orders. WM also features a comprehensive wine database. If the wine the user needs is not in our database, they can add a custom entry via a user-friendly interface.

WM goes beyond inventory management, helping its users sell wine, too. The app can generate a wine list based on the customer’s inventory: this approach reduces error rates and allows vendors to update their prices at a faster rate. In the end, the user can print this wine list out or share it via a QR code for the clients to decide on their wine order.

This system is further supported by a transaction management tool, which allows WM users to record sales, create accounting ledgers, and generate general reports for their business. Coupled with a notification system, these features make the whole winery management process much more convenient.

Our team also helped create a full-scale storage visualization tool for WM. The users can open up a mockup of a wine cellar to review and manage the actual location of various wine bottles. In this way, the tool allows employees to quickly locate a bottle they need in their wine cellar.
