Financial System Management is an online financial management platform designed for small and medium enterprises. It helps SMEs automate financial tracking by managing commitments, incoming payments, and expenses.

Challenge:

The customer wanted to close the existing gap in the market by creating a user-friendly product for small and medium businesses, enabling them to manage financial tasks online, analyze their business results dynamically, and plan development based on clear and easy-to-read financial reports.

Solution:

The Keenethics team helped the customer develop an MVP version of an online financial management system, which enables businesses to input key data on financial operations and commitments, review reports and graphs via a web app or a progressive web app (PWA) for mobile phones, and analyze the key metrics via an interactive interface with custom dashboards. All modules, including those for graphs and visualization, were developed from scratch specifically for this product.

Our team created a complete system for inputting and monitoring financial data within the app. The clients of the platform can integrate and track commitments, incoming payments, and all types of expenses. The Financial System Management platform can do this in a manual or semi-automated mode by using a custom system for importing bank reports. All these features are further supported by a user-friendly UI/UX, which enables users to perform most actions fast and without any need for advanced configuration.

The project also features several systems that allow customers to automate report creation and visualize the most important financial data. The customers can automatically generate financial reports and also have access to multiple dashboards. This approach allows firm owners to understand whether their business is financially efficient by using advanced visualization tools and plan their actions based on relevant and up-to-date information.
