Challenge and Solution

Challenge:

The client approached us with a clear market-driven need: to create an MVP for a platform that would streamline and improve how social impact programs are discovered, evaluated, and managed in order to solve the existing issues with social impact tools.

Solution:

We provided a full-cycle development service, helping the customer with aspects ranging from the UX/UI design to MVP development and user testing. On the UI/UX side, our team designed a scalable, accessible, adaptable, and intuitive platform tailored to the specific needs of the social impact sector and reflecting the values and workflows of its target users. On the development side, we built a robust MVP that enabled core functionality around project discovery, evaluation, and management.

Result:

Our team helped the customer deliver an app that not merely digitizes established practices but also offers a new, smarter way to connect funders with high-impact initiatives, empowering decision-making in the social impact space. Our structured approach to managing the project also assisted with post-MVP development, ensuring straightforward implementation of the next phases of product evolution based on user feedback.

Solution 1: Enabling Flexible Board Book Presentations

Solution 1: Enabling Flexible Board Book Presentations

To help users quickly create and share concise program overviews, we have implemented a dynamic Board Book presentation tool. Users can add, edit, and preview content in real time through a split-screen interface. This feature allows for instant visualization of their presentations and supports clear, structured communication with stakeholders.

Solution 2: Enabling Detailed Organization Profiles with Flexible Data Input

Solution 2: Enabling Detailed Organization Profiles with Flexible Data Input

The Keenethics team has developed a comprehensive profile system for the app. It allows Altruous users to share relevant information about their philanthropy organizations, such as their area of expertise, name, and contact details. This system supports flexible input, which enables users to create accurate and rich profiles that showcase organizational professionalism and uniqueness, helping improve both transparency and user engagement.

Solution 3: Comprehensive Organization and Program Management via Admin Panel

Solution 3: Comprehensive Organization and Program Management via Admin Panel

Our team has also built a robust admin panel to enable easy management of organizational data and public presentations. Admins can add and update programs, specify causes, regions, and organization-level attributes. These details are then reflected in the user-facing Org Vitals block. It provides a structured overview of the key facts, areas of work, and scopes of impact, sorted and formatted for intuitive browsing.
