As a Sales (Engagement) Manager, you will work with companies (means potential clients) from various business domains, such as media, education, consulting, financial services, e-commerce, etc. This is a strategic position for us, which connects together lead generation and the development team.

What will you do?
— Validation of Marketing Qualified leads (corresponding with leads, managing and taking part in initial meetings, presentation of the team)
— Managing the leas throughout the sales funnel to contract signing and transferring it to delivery-department.
— Management and organization of the pre-sale team through cooperation with the Project Management Office, Designers, BA, Developers on gathering requirements, preparing estimates and commercial offers
— Preliminary collection of client requirements and preparation of documentation for BA or preliminary assessment of the project by the developer
— Calculation of financial and communication risks when drafting a commercial proposal
— Preparation of presentations on preceding estimates and solutions for the client
— Preparation of a commercial proposal
— Organization and structuring of written and oral communications between the client and the team
— “Pushing” agreements
Sales Qualified leads farming (working with leads that didn’t “work out”, but are interesting for future cooperation)
-Experience in sales as EM/BA — 2+ years
-Understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
-Understanding the difference between web and mobile development; also design, QA, Devops
-Knowledge of Java Script frameworks and Software Development Lifecycle
-Experience in preparing and presentation of the commercial offers for potential customers
-English Upper Intermediate Strong and above
-Accuracy and attentiveness
-Regular tech-talks and conferences;
-Opportunity to implement your ideas, opportunity to suggest your own project and participate in its development;

As an achieved goal and result we expect:
— Collected requirements from the client, formed into the project documentation and transferred to the developers
— With a team prepared description of the solution and an estimate for the customer, a prepared commercial offer
— Signed development contract, which will be a confirmation of a correctly prepared proposal and high-quality communication with the client.
